7. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information shared during the engagement, an obligation that continues after termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Opt42 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific Services causing the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients will indemnify Opt42 against claims arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Services may be terminated per the SOW. Clients must pay for all Services rendered up to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, excluding conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms, effective upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.
