How it works

A clear objective.
A practical finish.

Assess the opportunity → Design the workflow → Deploy the improvement.

First, a free inquiry to check fit. Before paid work begins, agree the scope, participants, inputs, deliverables, fee, and schedule. You can stop after the assessment.

01

Define the workflow and objective

Identify the owner, sponsor, boundaries, current problem, and operational result worth improving. Start with one team or a small set of candidate workflows.

Assessment
02

Establish the baseline

Map the current work. Use representative examples to understand time, volume, delays, rework, and quality. Record missing evidence rather than assuming a benefit.

Assessment
03

Compare the alternatives

Evaluate no change, process simplification, conventional automation, AI assistance, and deeper agent or integrated systems. Compare expected value, operating cost, risk, feasibility, and adoption burden.

Receive a recommendation. A no-go is a useful result; further stages require a separate agreement.

Investment decision
04

Design human and AI responsibilities

Specify inputs, outputs, review gates, exceptions, escalation, and ownership. Agree quality criteria, data handling, training, expected costs, and the measurement plan.

Workflow Design
05

Deploy a bounded improvement

Configure the approved workflow and justified integrations. Test representative cases and failure paths, onboard users, and check readiness against acceptance criteria.

Deployment Sprint
06

Measure results and hand off ownership

Compare observed time, quality, or friction with the baseline. Record usage and cost, remaining limitations, and what the evidence can support. Provide runbooks and training so a named owner can operate the workflow.

The engagement ends at the agreed handoff. Any further work or support is separately scoped.

Acceptance and handoff

Start with one recurring problem

Which workflow needs
to work better?

Tell us about work that consumes too much time, produces inconsistent results, or is being considered for AI.

Tell us about your workflow

The initial inquiry is free. Assessments, designs, and deployment sprints are paid engagements, with scope and fee agreed first.
